Privacy policy
We aim to provide all clients from the Power Yoga Company with a safe online shopping
experience. For all our online transactions we use a system called MindBody Online.
MindBody Online encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure their safe
transfer to us.
We respect your privacy and personal information, and will not share it with anyone
else. We may use your email address to send our informative email newsletters and
other announcements, however should you wish to be removed from our mailing list
at any time, you can opt out of email contact by logging in with your username and
password, clicking through to My Profile and deselecting the email option, or by
emailing us on
Here are some of the ways we protect information:
- Systems are password protected and professionally administered
- We only allow ourselves access to our systems. The computers on which we store information
are kept secure by a number of different measures, by a professional hosting company.
- We take all reasonable precautions to protect your information, but data can never
be guaranteed 100% secure. If our systems are compromised in some way, before data
is removed then data may be revealed but thankfully, such an event is generally
considered highly unlikely.
Please note that we will not be held liable for any breach of security unless we
have been proved negligent.

Refund and cancellation policy.
Shop policy
- The Power Yoga Company will credit or exchange all sales of goods within seven (7) days with a valid receipt if they are unused and in saleable condition.
- Underwear is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Opened audio and video items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Yoga mats can only be returned if they are still in their packaging.
- All sale items are final sales.
Membership and class pass policy
- All class passes have an expiration date and are non-refundable.
- 5hr, 10hr and 15hr Class passes expire four (4), five (5) and six (6) months respectively from date of purchase.
- One month unlimited pass expires thirty (30) days from the first day of use.
- All class passes and gift vouchers sold by The Power Yoga Company are not transferable to Pregnancy or Post Natal Yoga classes.
- Passes (with the exception of the pre-paid unlimited passes (monthly, six-monthly and annual) and the Direct Debit annual package) can be extended for up to 12 months for a fee of £10/month.
- Reservations for peak classes will only be held until the class start time. If you arrive after the class start time then your place may be given to someone else.
- Maximum of 25 students per class.
- The Power Yoga Company reserve the right to refuse entry.
Workshop policy
- Pre-payment in full is required at time of registration.
- Refunds for cancellations are available up to two weeks prior to date of workshop,
minus processing fee (varies by workshop).
- Credit only is given for cancellations at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
- No refunds or credit are given less than seven (7) days prior to workshop.
- If The Power Yoga Company cancels a workshop, a full credit or refund will be issued.
- The Power Yoga Company reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion.
Teacher training policy
- There are no refunds for teacher training offered at The Power Yoga Company.
- All payments must be paid when due. Late fees will be applied for late payments.
- The Power Yoga Company does not offer refunds for the Teacher Trainings except in
the case where you are deemed medically unfit to participate in Yoga for the foreseeable
future, in which case you will receive a full refund less our reasonable administrative
costs.
Private Tuition policy
- Pre-payment at time of booking is required.
- Cancellations more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled session will receive
full credit towards a future Private Lesson.
- Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of scheduled session will be charged
in full.
Open classes policy
- For Open classes, you can cancel your booking online up to 2 hours before the scheduled
class start time. (Just login and go to the "My Schedule" tab, where you can view,
and cancel your upcoming booked classes). When you cancel your booking, your class
credit will be refunded automatically. The 2 hour cancellation limit allows us to
offer your spot to another student.
- If you're unable to provide the requisite notice, your session will be charged at the full rate.
Pre Paid unlimited passes - Terms and Conditions
- Unlimited practice at The Power Yoga Company.
- Non-refundable.
- Non-transferable.
- For the six monthly pass, one 15 consecutive day suspension allowance within the 6
month period, following 10 business days written notice.
- For the annual pass, one 30 consecutive day suspension allowance within the 12 month
period, following 10 business days written notice.
- "Late cancel" reservations will be charged at the drop-in rate for that class, payable on your next visit at the studio.
- Student and OAP discounts do not apply to the annual pass.
Direct Debit - Terms and Conditions
- Unlimited practice at The Power Yoga Company
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- 4-month minimum contract
- 14 consecutive day suspension allowance every 6 months OR one 30 consecutive day suspension allowance within a 12 month period, in both cases following 10 business days written notice
- Early cancellations are subject to a £105 cancellation fee and require 30 days written notice
- 12 month term
- Auto renew contract unless written notice is given at least 30 days prior to the end of the 12 month term, no cancellation fee for cancellations after 12 months.
- "Late cancel" reservations will be charged at the drop-in rate for that class, payable on your next visit at the studio
- Student and OAP discounts do not apply.
- Payment is by standing order mandate to the payer's bank.
Off peak pass - Terms and Conditions
- Valid for practice at the 8am and 4:45pm classes Monday - Friday at The Power Yoga
Company.
- Non-transferable.
- Non-refundable.
- "Late cancel" reservations will be charged at the drop-in rate for that class, payable on
your next visit at the studio.
- £90 for 30 days.
- Student and OAP discounts do not apply.
Transfering your credit to someone else
- All our Passes, with the exception of the pre-paid unlimited passes (monthly, six-monthly and annual) and the Direct Debit annual package, are fully transferrable to another person.
