Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (founder of Ashtanga Yoga, from which Power Yoga descended)
once said "practice and all is coming". He was right.
Power Yoga is intended to be a daily practice. However don't be discouraged if you
can't always find time, we know just how hectic life can be.
If you are able to get on your mat at least twice a week, you will soon see your
body changing in the most wonderful ways; becoming stronger, suppler and more toned.
You should also find yourself dealing better with some of the more tricky things
that life throws at us from time to time.
